What do you need for a lesson?

  • Skype / Zoom account
  • Good internet connection
  • Webcam (I request it to be turned on, it ́s not nice for me to teach someone I can ́t see)
  • Notebook for your notes
  • A quiet environment where no one and nothing will disturb you

What I teach and how?

  • I teach Czech to foreigners. I offer individual one-on-one and group online lessons via Skype or Zoom.
  • My speciality is preparation for Czech exams.
  • I teach every day from Monday to Friday. The time depends on where you live, because we may be in a different time zone. I prefer lessons on the same day and time.
  • I mainly use a communicative teaching style. It means we will speak a lot.
  • I will provide your with all necessary materials. You don´t need to buy anything.
  • I do not teach children younger than 6 years old.

Optional 10-15 min call

If you want, we can have a short for 10-15 min via Skype/Zoom where we can discuss details. It´s free.

Pay the lesson and let´s start

You will pay the package and we will schedule our first lesson.

Rules

  • If you cannot have a lesson, you must let me know at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours in advance, you will have to pay for the lesson. (unexpected urgent situantion are exeption)
  • You and I respect the time of the lesson, so please always join in time. If you join later and I don't have another lesson after you, we can finish later. However, if your lesson is followed by another student, we will finish at the usual time.
  • If you don't connect within 15 minutes and don't let me know, I'm leaving and you have to pay for the lesson.
  • Paypal: you have to pay the money transfer fee
  • I accept payments in CZK, EUR, USD or MXN. The price depends on a current exchange rate.

Packages & Price list

I offer lessons for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes.
The price is in USD, but I accept payments also in CZK, EUR, and MXN.

The price for the lesson includes the following:
• Lesson time
• Individual approach and preparation for lessons
• Materials
• Homework
• Individual feedback

Group lessons

If you want to learn together with your family member or a friend, you can create a group.

In one group, there can be a maximum of 5 people.
